Care Quality Commission

Since 2012 all GP practices have to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008.

It is the responsibility of the CQC to ensure that the services we provide meet the essential standards for quality and safety.

As part of the practice's registration the CQC have a responsibility to inspect the practice every two years and provide feedback to improve services and compliance with regulated activities provided.
